New Chapters offer a bespoke service where we work with you to find your perfect home. From our initial meeting we will discuss your housing needs including the area in where you would like to live, the requirements of the property and who you would like to live with. We believe this is a unique service and from start to finish the individual and their families will be involved in selecting the right home for you. We have a number of housing partners we work with who are able to provide a range of property solutions. At New Chapters we truly want you to feel that this service and the house you live in is your home, and believe that comfort in your surroundings is imperative.

 

CRAMBROOK ROAD

Crambrook Road is set in the Redland area of Bristol. A short distance from the downs and town it is an ideal location. Crambrook is a mixed service offering 5 self contained flats and shared space for adults with mental health and learning disabilities.

SEABREEZE

Seabreeze is simply a stunning house with modern features as well as being a 5 minute walk from Weston Sea front and the college. This service is a specialist Autism service with specialised staffing and training in place to support the needs of the service users.

PENSTONE LEARNING AND WELLBEING CENTRE

Penstone Learning Centre is an Education and Wellness Centre. Penstone Farm is situated deep in the Cheddar Valleys offering an holistic and therapeutic environment for adults to learn. Penstone will offer a range of educational and employment opportunities delivering work based qualifications and Life Skills. Courses will be ran from Monday to Friday and you will have the opportunity to gain valuable accreditations that will lead to employment opportunities in a number of areas.

ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION SERVICES

New Chapters offers additional accommodation services. New Chapters works with a range of property providers that can source accomodation at short notice and provide accommodation after you leave care. New Chapters can also offer support in your own home and continue outreach services with service users who have moved on which provides excellent continuity.
