Supported Living

New Chapters offers tailored support in your own home with independent living skills putting you at the centre of your support. Our staff are dedicated 24 hours a day to support you with key skills such as; Finances and budgeting, benefits and housing support, cooking and cleaning, accessing GP and dental appointments, support with public transport and accessing leisure and hobbies.

Outreach and access to the community 

Support staff will support you out in the community when you may live at home or have your own tenancy. This will be on a weekly timetable with agreed hours focussing on your support needs. 

Education and Employment 

At the centre of New Chapters ethos is access for vulnerable people to education and employment. We offer apprenticeships and learning based education on our very own Penstone Farm as well as employment opportunities in the local area.
